Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM). - 6+ years of experience in embedded systems development, preferably within aerospace or defense environments. - 4+ years of experience developing on embedded Linux platforms, with an understanding of secure system design and secure communications (e.G., TLS/SSL, certificates, key management).
U.S. REQUIREMENTS: Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization WE VALUE: - Experience working in safety-critical or mission-critical engineering environments. - Practical knowledge of avionics protocols and standards, such as ARINC 429, ARINC 615A, ARINC 615-3, GDL90, and GDL52 is advantageous. - Familiarity with DO-178C, DO-326A/356A, or similar aviation certification frameworks is beneficial. - Understanding of Aircraft Gateway connectivity systems. - Experience with CI/CD processes.
