Job Responsibilities: As a market leader, we at E+G India are looking for result-oriented individual to strengthen our sales presence across key industrial regions. This role combines technical selling, structured account management, and market development. What will you do? β’ Visit customers in the assigned territory to promote and sell Elesa+Ganterβs complete product range β’ Develop new business across defined market segments by identifying opportunities and providing appropriate technical solutions β’ Manage and grow existing OEM and channel partner accounts as per company standards β’ Drive consistent sales performance by managing pipeline, follow-ups, and conversions β’ Identify and report market trends, application opportunities, and competitive movements β’ Work closely with channel partners to support their growth through technical guidance and timely coordination β’ Participate in industrial exhibitions, trade fairs, and in-house customer exhibitions β’ Coordinate with internal teams (Inside Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction β’ Execute sales strategies and regional action plans defined by management β’ Take ownership of annual sales targets, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for the assigned region What can you expect: β’ A globally respected brand with strong engineering and application-driven products β’ A structured and collaborative sales environment β’ Continuous technical training and exposure to European principals β’ Opportunity to work with a wide customer base across industries β’ Clear expectations, performance visibility, and growth opportunity Who are you? β’ B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering β’ 5β10 years of experience in B2B field sales of industrial components, preferably handling OEM customers β’ Strong technical understanding and solution-selling capability β’ Comfortable working across assigned territories and nearby regions β’ Disciplined, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple accounts independently β’ Basic comfort with ERP / CRM systems and structured sales reporting
