Hiring: Sales Manager โ Cutting Tools Business Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Experience: 5+ Years Industry: Cutting Tools / Industrial Tools / Manufacturing Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering About the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our Cutting Tools business in the Aurangabad region. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial sales , dealer/channel development, OEM handling, and application-based selling within the cutting tools industry. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth for Cutting Tools across Trade, OEM, and Key Accounts.
Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks to expand market reach. Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers in target industries. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing OEM and key account customers.
Conduct product trials, demonstrations, and provide technical/application support. Build value-based sales strategies focusing on productivity improvement and cost savings for customers. Ensure achievement of sales targets, profitability, and market share growth.
Monitor pricing, collections, and overall business performance. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless order execution and customer support.
Required Skills & Competencies โ Strong knowledge of machining processes โ drilling, milling, tapping, turning, etc. โ Experience in Cutting Tools / Industrial Tools sales โ Dealer & channel management expertise โ Strong business development and key account management skills โ Excellent negotiation and communication skills โ Result-oriented with strong commercial acumen
