SR. Project Manager – 3PL, Warehouse & Supply Chain Integration | Brazil

Location: Brazil – (with flexibility to travel to São Paulo as needed).

Language: Portuguese (Mandatory) and English

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) and warehouse integration projects across Brazil. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating with business, IT, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure successful planning, execution, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Brazil and LATAM 3PL projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting.
• Coordinate governance meetings, project reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage integration activities between enterprise applications and 3PL/Warehouse systems.
• Lead Brazil-specific projects (e.g., 3PL implementations) and support LATAM initiatives.
• Coordinate Functional Specification reviews, OQ/PQ, UAT, and testing activities.
• Support cutover planning, data migration, deployment, and hypercare.
• Prepare and maintain Project Charter, project plans, Jira updates, risk logs, and status reports.
• Collaborate with business teams, IT teams, vendors, and external logistics partners to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of Project Management experience in enterprise IT projects.
• Experience managing Supply Chain, Warehouse Management (WMS), Logistics, or System Integration projects.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management skills.
• Experience in project planning, risk management, testing coordination, and deployment.
• Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies and Jira.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• 3PL/4PL implementations.
• Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.
• Warehouse implementations and enterprise integration projects.
