Sr. Product Manager (Remote - Germany)

Overview

As Sr. Product Manager at Tealium, you will own the strategic vision and roadmap for enterprise products that power customer data infrastructure and insights. You’ll work autonomously, leverage AI, and drive measurable business impact in a fast-moving environment.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to understand market dynamics, validate opportunities through research, and deliver value through modern product management practices. This role shapes platform strategy and brings innovative capabilities to market for leading brands.

• Own strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end execution for complex enterprise products
• Champion data-driven opportunities via user interviews, research, and market analysis
• Leverage AI and modern PM tools to accelerate discovery and build smarter experiences
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, customer success, and product marketing
• Maintain customer empathy and adapt to evolving information
• Partner with design and engineering to validate hypotheses and ship value in an agile CI/CD environment
• Prioritize and manage backlogs to deliver customer value
• Contribute to go-to-market activities, including enablement, webinars, demos, and documentation

• 7+ years as a Product Manager for SaaS products
• Experience in martech-related industries or relevant sectors (marketing, eCommerce, retail, etc.)
• Track record of building products at scale with complex dependencies
• Experience writing specs and user stories, prioritizing competing initiatives
• Strong communication and ability to articulate strategic and financial value to leadership
• Fluency in English; Russian is a plus
