Senior Financial Analyst (Sr. FA) | Atlanta, GA Looking to step into a role where your analysis actually drives decisions—not just reports them? We’re partnering with a high-growth organization in Atlanta seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic planning, forecasting, and executive-level decision making.

This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to leadership and a strong path for growth. What You’ll Do: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance and trend analysis Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business cases Partner with business leaders across operations, sales, and accounting to drive performance insights Analyze key drivers (revenue, margin, cost structure) and provide actionable recommendations Support executive presentations and board-level reporting Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and data visibility What We’re Looking For: 3–6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset Advanced Excel skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools a plus) Experience working cross-functionally with non-finance stakeholders Background in accounting or public accounting is a plus Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field Why This Role: High-impact, strategic work with executive exposure Clear path for advancement within finance leadership Collaborative, fast-paced environment Competitive compensation + bonus If you’re ready to move beyond reporting and start influencing the business, let’s connect.
