Overview
As Senior Brand Manager for Alzheimer’s Diagnostics, you’ll help prepare the UK/Ireland ecosystem for timely and accurate AD diagnosis through cognitive assessments and biomarker tools. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with PRA, B2B, field teams, and other functions to drive diagnostic readiness and adoption. Your work shapes how clinicians, patients, and payers perceive and use diagnostic tools, contributing to earlier, more accurate disease identification.
This role combines strategic brand management with hands-on execution to scale biomarker-driven diagnostics in a complex market.
Responsibilities- Be the diagnostic landscape SME for Alzheimer’s in the UK & Ireland, tracking competitors and patient needs
- Develop and implement initiatives to increase use of cognitive assessments, biomarker tests, and PET tracers in private and public markets
- Partner with B2B and field teams to unlock diagnostic readiness and volume at HCO/sites
- Create localized diagnostic education materials aligned with global strategy to drive belief and behavior change
- Own and manage diagnostic manufacturer partnerships with PRA, B2B, and field teams to boost awareness and adoption of biomarkers
- Collaborate with PRA to align and execute the diagnostic access strategy
- Provide commercial input on diagnostic development and labeling discussions
- Lead market research on digital cognitive assessments and blood biomarker markets and craft action plans
- Aggregate and report diagnostics activity data and enable data integration from lab and site data purchases and BI&A
- Ensure compliance with ABPI Code of Practice, SOPs, and GPP; manage content uploads in Veeva as Brand Coordinator
- Proven ability to build strong B2B relationships and drive senior-level collaborations
- Marketing experience in pharmaceutical or consumer sectors
- Strong project management with ability to juggle priorities and deadlines
- Experience building and managing external partnerships
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functionally without formal authority
- Strategic thinker comfortable with ambiguity and customer-focused problem solving

- Attention to detail in marketing materials development and approvals
- Alzheimer’s disease or AD diagnostics marketing experience (preferred)
