Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Speech Therapist role based in Bengaluru. The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, and communication disorders using standardized tools and clinical observations. Daily responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, conducting one-on-one and group therapy sessions, and monitoring and documenting progress.

The role involves providing caregiver education and home-program guidance, collaborating with neurologists, psychologists, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists, and participating in multidisciplinary review meetings. The Speech Therapist will also contribute to case discussions, maintain accurate clinical records, and support awareness or training programs related to pediatric communication and feeding difficulties.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Speech Therapy, including assessment and intervention for pediatric populations.
• Skills in managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders in children.
• Experience or competency in addressing Dysphagia and feeding-related challenges is preferred.
• Recognized degree in Speech Language Pathology / Speech and Hearing (e.g., BASLP, MASLP, M.Sc. SLP or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Relevant professional registration or licensure as required by local regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with children, families, and colleagues.
• Strong documentation skills, ethical clinical practice, and a child- and family-centered approach.
• Prior experience in pediatric neurology or rehabilitation settings is an advantage, but motivated early-career professionals are also encouraged to apply.
