Active Home Health, Hospice & Personal Care is looking for a Part-time/PRN Speech Language Pathologist We are looking for someone who is caring, professional and self-motivated to join our team. We are a fun-loving, compassionate group that thrives off the gratification of caring for others. Starting pay is commensurate with experience. Job Requirements & Qualifications: A person who meets the education & experience requirements for a certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech Pathology granted by the American Speech Language Hearing Association. Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing. Two (2) years of experience preferred. Responsibilities: Provides full range of SLP services as ordered by Physician. Prepares clinical and progress notes. Advises and consults with Family members and other Home Health personnel.
