Tasks:

• A/ID engagement

• Identify, Engage & Nurture top retail Architects/IDs and deepening engagement through repeat visits
• Become the single point of contact for Merino for adopted A/IDs
• Create avenues of local/national engagements through
• Personal Invites to Exhibitions
• Studio Presentations
• Focused meetings at Display Centre (if available)
• Plant visits
• Keep A/IDs and associated teams knowledge updated on Merino portfolio

• Drive product specifications and sales through A/IDs

• Meet direct customers wherever required to drive closure
• Facilitating folder requirements, customer interaction & selections

• Drive Loyalty Program: Enroll new A/IDs in the Merino loyalty program
