Specialized Wound and Ostomy Nurse

Enhance patient care as a Specialized Nurse focusing on wounds, ostomies, and continence. Collaborate with an interprofessional team to provide comprehensive assessments and care management. As a vital part of the Wound Ostomy Continence (WOC) Team, you will deliver holistic assessments to individuals with ostomy and wound-related concerns.

This role includes treatment planning, evaluations in collaboration with team members, and providing education to build capacity within the organization. You'll work toward optimizing client outcomes through mentorship and participation in quality monitoring initiatives.
