Compensaciones / Beneficios • Develop and monitor Account Marketing plans for priority accounts with Client Heads • Set up and tailor Account Marketing programs for top client teams • Maintain a comprehensive view of client relationships and engagement • Incorporate executive moves and evolving priorities into the marketing plan • Ensure alignment of Account Marketing with industry and capability strategies • Maintain accurate CRM data and track marketing budgets • Support campaign execution across multiple channels, including direct pursuits • Analyze KPI data (clicks, leads, pitches, site interest) and optimize campaigns • Leverage tools for web personalization, LinkedIn, Elevate, Red Folder, and email campaigns • Provide real-time support for must-win proposals and contribute to process improvements • Adopt GenAI and other new tools to improve team efficiency and adapt to changing needs

Responsabilidades • Undergraduate degree in business / marketing • 3-4+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience • Experience in marketing programmes and processes • Ability to lead coordinating and executing distinct xqbhyrx projects and events within budget • Understanding of local office objectives and content needs • Strong written and oral communication with stakeholders of varying seniority • Client-centric mindset and ability to interact with external contacts as Bain marketing representative • Calm under pressure with adaptability to partner input
