About the Role
Are you passionate about sales, account management, and helping businesses grow? We're looking for German, Dutch, and Danish-speaking Account Managers to join a dynamic international team in Barcelona.
In this role, you'll partner with business clients, build long-term relationships, identify growth opportunities, and provide consultative solutions that help customers achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of business clients
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Conduct outbound outreach and consult clients on tailored business solutions
- Develop strategic account plans to maximize customer success
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline
- Achieve individual sales targets and performance KPIs
- Stay up to date with industry trends and customer needs
Requirements
- Native or fluent German, Dutch, or Danish (C2)
- Good level of English
- Previous experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer success
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skillsExperience with CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage
