Job Role: Sourcing (Real Estate)
Job Title: Entry to Mid-Level
Department: Sales
Profile Summary:
We seek an experienced Sourcing Manager with a strong network of Channel Partners (CPs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding channel partnerships, generating quality leads, driving site visits and bookings, and supporting the overall sales strategy through effective relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Partner Management & Lead Generation
- Ensure sales through Channel Partners (Brokers), references, and various BTL activities at active projects.
- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with new and existing Channel Partners.
- Ensure regular product and price updates to Channel Partners and conduct product training.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets for site visits and booking closures through assigned/acquired CPs.
- Review Channel Partner performance and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Source clients from key market areas, industrial parks, and business parks through targeted activities.
2. Client Coordination and Communication
- Attend customer revisits to developer sites.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and communicate the same effectively to prospects.
- Support customers throughout the sales journey and assist in query resolution.
- Drive revisits, coordinate site visits, and actively engage with clients to close deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with potential buyers to improve conversions.
3. Industry Awareness
- Stay updated on competitor pricing, construction activity, market trends, and industry developments.
- Network with industry professionals and internal teams to identify business opportunities.
- Liaise with various departments to strengthen product knowledge.
- Participate in industry events and forums to enhance company visibility and Channel Partner relationships.
4. Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Care, Legal, Billing, Credit, and other teams for smooth deal closures.
- Ensure all required documentation and collections are completed for designated accounts.
- Support the closing team on Saturdays and Sundays whenever required.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Confident with a pleasant personality.
- Passionate towards sales and relationship building.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred).
- Good understanding of consumer behavior.
- Familiarity with RERA and real estate regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel across locations.
