Job Title: Sourcing Manager Company: Goel Ganga Corporation Location: Bavdhan, Pune Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to lead channel partner engagement and drive sales through external sourcing networks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with brokers, agents, and channel partners to generate quality leads and contribute to overall sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents Generate qualified leads through external sourcing channels Conduct regular meetings, site visits, and engagement activities with channel partners Achieve monthly and quarterly sourcing targets Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion Organize CP meets, events, and promotional activities Track and analyze sourcing performance and maintain MIS reports Ensure timely communication of project updates, offers, and policies to partners Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred in Marketing/Real Estate) Experience: Minimum 5+ years in sourcing/channel sales (preferably in real estate) Strong network of channel partners in Pune market preferred Skills Required: Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong relationship management abilities Target-driven and result-oriented approach Good market knowledge of real estate trends Leadership and team coordination skills Salary: As per industry standards + attractive incentives
