Inviting applications for the role of Source to Pay - Process Developer / Management Trainee / Assistant Manager

Responsibilities :-

• Coordinate end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with organizational goals, priorities, and strategic initiatives.

• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to contractual obligations.

• Conduct supplier evaluations, performance reviews, and audits to drive continuous improvement and maintain high service standards.

• Develop, update, and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Support process improvement initiatives and adoption of digital or analytical tools to enhance procurement effectiveness and decision-making.
