Job Profile:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the education sector, working with clients and contributing to the company’s growth. This is an end-to-end sales role that requires a mix of cold calling, relationship building, and guiding students through the enrollment process toward the right academic path to gain a competitive edge in today's market.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a clear focus on achieving personal and team goals.
• Demonstrated passion for sales and building client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Engaging with working professionals to understand their career goals and recommend suitable educational programs that align with their aspirations.
• Initiating outbound calls to potential candidates from provided databases and effectively communicating the value proposition of our programs.
• Presenting and promoting management courses tailored to the specific needs of prospective learners.
• Maintaining consistent follow-ups through calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture leads and ensure continued engagement.
• Ensure to meet daily deliverables & achieve weekly/monthly enrolment targets.
