We are seeking a Solutions Engineer (SE) to join our dynamic Go-to-Market team. This role combines technical expertise, cybersecurity passion, and sales skills, serving as the technical lead in pre-sales and post-sales processes. You will develop relationships with clients, provide expert guidance, and help transform opportunities into success stories.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Serve as the technical lead between clients, partners, and internal teams. Position Darktrace’s value against client pains. Qualify and drive new business opportunities with the account team.
Address prospect and customer issues proactively. Establish trust as a technical authority across all client levels. Conduct discovery and design deployment strategies tailored to clients.
Travel regionally or internationally to client sites as health guidelines permit. Qualifications & Experience: At least 1 year in a software sales engineering role; cybersecurity experience preferred. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Strong knowledge of networking, on-premises and cloud technologies, and cybersecurity. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Enthusiasm for cybersecurity trends and continuous learning.
Familiarity with MEDDPPIC is a plus. Degree in a STEM field from a reputable university.
