Join us in our pursuit of redefining recruitment. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Solar Design Engineer role based in Raipur. The Solar Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and optimizing solar power system layouts.

They will collaborate closely with technical teams on photovoltaic (PV) system designs, ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards, and contribute to project development from concept to execution. Qualifications Strong understanding of Solar Industry regulations, trends, and standards Expertise in Solar Power systems, including installation and operation Proficiency in designing Solar Systems and Photovoltaic (PV) systems Experience in Electrical Design related to solar energy systems Ability to use design software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar tools Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Educational background in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Renewable Energy Experience working on-site, managing installations, and ensuring safety compliance
