About the job: Role: Service Engineer Location: Delhi Department: Service Qualification: B.Tech (Biomedical Engineering) / B.Sc Experience: 1+ years in service of medical devices Note: We are looking for candidates working with Medical Device industry Role Purpose To deliver service excellence in line with QMS guidelines by providing timely installation, maintenance, and technical support to ensure high customer satisfaction, service revenue, and contract compliance. Key Responsibilities Perform planned preventive, corrective maintenance, and technical service bulletins (TSB) as per QMS processes.
Install devices and provide basic operational (knobology) training to end users. Attend breakdown calls and ensure effective service delivery with positive customer feedback. Maintain accurate daily service updates and documentation in FSS/CRM systems.
Support service and sales teams in service contracts and consumable parts (CP) sales. Assist in administrative activities, including support for accounts receivable follow-ups. Provide field feedback on product quality to service management.
Support sales activities such as demos, exhibitions, workshops, and conferences. Qualifications & Skills Education: Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Medical Electronics, Electrical or B.Tech (Biomedical) or equivalent. Experience: Prior service experience in same industry is mandatory.
