Responsibilities Lead front end software development for one or more products Build cross-platform applications targeting both desktop and mobile Work closely with machine learning engineers, product managers, and others to shape the products and their software architectures Requirements Mastery of JavaScript Strong understanding of web technologies and Android development Strong software engineering skills Passion for building user interfaces that delight users and solve customer problems Understanding of best practices for data visualization Experience with one or more front end development frameworks (React, React Native, Angular, Electron) Portfolio of progressively impressive front end development projects Good taste in visual design, UI, and UX Clear and honest communications Love learning new things Take ownership of your work Comfortable with remote work Authorized to work in the United States for any employer Desirable Skills Full-stack development, including the design and development of APIs and backend databases and services Experience with TypeScript Familiarity with Python iOS development Data visualizations and/or dashboards D3.js and related libraries Prior experience developing mapping or geographic information systems (GIS), using the SDKs and APIs provided by: NASA WorldWind, Apple MapKit, and/or Google Maps #J-18808-Ljbffr
