Role Description Tri-Sen Systems Corporation is seeking a customer-focused Project Manager to lead the execution of control system projects for global clients in the process industries. This role is ideal for a Project Manager who thrives in a client-facing environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and understands how to balance schedule, cost, and customer expectations. Responsibilities · Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle · Lead execution of projects from kickoff through delivery and commissioning · Manage project schedules, budgets, and commercial performance · Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, production) · Proactively manage risks, issues, and change orders · Develop quotations for project change orders · Ensure alignment with contractual, technical, and customer requirements · Provide clear and consistent project status updates to customers and internal stakeholders Qualifications · Minimum 5+ years of project management experience · Experience in industrial automation, control systems, or process industries is preferred · Strong customer-facing and communication skills · Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities · Solid understanding of project financials and cost control
