Job Description

Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain features and services that support core business workflows. Contribute to the evolution of existing systems while helping prototype and deliver new capabilities. Participate in code reviews and design discussions to maintain quality, reliability, and clarity.

Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data partners to deliver end-to-end solutions. Identify performance and scalability improvements and enhance existing code accordingly. Share knowledge and provide guidance to teammates through collaboration and feedback.

Communicate technical ideas clearly and effectively within the team. Skills/Competencies Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience; or a PhD without experience Experience building or contributing to large-scale or distributed systems. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and core computer science fundamentals.

A demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability for delivered work. Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and enjoyment of solving complex technical problems.
