About the Role Vancouver Psychology Centre is seeking a skilled AI Software Developer to design, build, and maintain internal automation systems that support clinical operations and digital outreach. The role focuses on developing reliable, secure, and scalable software solutions that improve workflow efficiency, enhance client intake systems, and support data‑informed decision‑making within a healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Software Development & AI Integration Design, write, test, and maintain code (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for internal tools and automation systems Develop and integrate AI‑driven solutions (e.g., API integrations, chatbot workflows, intake automation tools) Build and maintain secure data pipelines and system integrations with third‑party platforms (e.g., CRM systems, scheduling software) Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability Systems Automation & Optimization Automate administrative workflows, including client intake, data entry, and reporting processes Monitor system performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload Ensure all systems meet data privacy and security requirements relevant to healthcare settings Data Analysis & Reporting Support Develop and maintain internal dashboards and reporting tools Support analysis of operational and marketing data to inform business decisions Generate regular reports on system performance, automation outcomes, and efficiency metrics Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree or diploma or equivalent certifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Experience Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in software development or systems engineering Technical Skills Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript) Experience with API integrations and automation tools Familiarity with database management and system architecture principles Experience working with cloud‑based platforms or SaaS tools Additional Requirements Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple technical projects and meet deadlines Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive data in compliance with privacy standards Assets (Not Required) Experience with AI tools, machine learning workflows, or large language model integrations Experience working in healthcare or other privacy‑sensitive environments Familiarity with CRM or booking platforms (e.g., Jane App, Go High Level) Experience supporting marketing analytics or digital campaign reporting Work Environment Professional healthcare setting with a focus on confidentiality and data security Collaborative team environment with clear operational processes Opportunity to contribute to the development of internal systems that support patient access to care Wage & Compensation $40.00 – $55.00 per hour (based on experience and aligned with prevailing wage standards) Annual performance‑based salary review Eligibility for performance bonus tied to operational efficiency and system performance Benefits Comprehensive extended health, dental, and vision coverage after 3 months Information Business Address: 338 W 8th Ave, Vancouver, BC Location: Vancouver, BC (In‑office / Hybrid) Position Type: Permanent, Full‑Time Hours: 35–40 hours per week Language of Work: English EEO Statement Only candidates legally authorized to work in Canada will be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
