About the Role: Lead and nurture a growing team of talented engineers, empowering them to deliver high-quality, scalable systems behind the company’s flagship digital offerings. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the engineering function. Work hand-in-hand with Product and other cross-functional teams to shape and execute on strategic tech initiatives.
