Job Description
Location: Boston, MA Salary: $70.00 USD Hourly – $80.00 USD Hourly About the Role We are seeking a Senior Data Integration Engineer with deep expertise in Informatica PowerCenter / Informatica Cloud (IDMC) and Snowflake to support enterprise-scale data integration and warehousing initiatives. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable data solutions. Responsibilities Design and develop source-to-target mappings and independently build, test, and deploy Informatica workflows.
Develop and maintain data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud (IDMC), and Snowflake. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand scope, clarify requirements, and proactively communicate risks, delays, or dependencies to appropriate leads. Write and optimize advanced SQL and PL/SQL, including complex transformations and performance tuning.
Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts to support data processing, automation, and monitoring. Implement and maintain dimensional data models, including Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD) logic. Ensure data quality, reliability, and adherence to best practices in data warehousing and integration.
Support scheduling and operational workflows using Control‑M. Qualifications & Requirements 10 years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter (PWC) in enterprise environments. Strong hands‑on experience with Informatica Cloud / IDMC.
Proven expertise in Snowflake development, including performance optimization. Advanced SQL and PL/SQL development skills. Experience with Unix/Linux scripting.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and SCD implementations. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Informatica MDM.
Prior experience working in large-scale, distributed, or cloud-based data platforms. Familiarity with automated job scheduling and monitoring tools, including Control‑M. #J-18808-Ljbffr
