Position: UK Based Software Engineers Type: Contract Compensation: $130–$170/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Contribute to high-quality training data for frontier AI systems alongside senior engineers.

Develop and improve AI model performance through rigorous evaluation and feedback. Collaborate with teams to ensure the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content . Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Enhance the quality of training data to improve downstream performance. Engage in flexible hours to accommodate project needs. Qualifications Must-Have 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
