Software Developer

Job Overview We’re looking for a hands‑on Software Developer to help modernize and scale our enterprise platform within a fast‑moving transport and logistics environment. You’ll join an IT team of ~50 (dev team of 8) and play a key role in shifting our architecture toward API‑first, cloud‑native, and data‑driven solutions. Help drive a real modernization effort (not just maintenance) Work across applications, integrations, and data Influence architecture and tooling (including AI adoption) Strong mix of hands‑on development + technical leadership Schedule Mon‑Fri, 40 hours, hybrid What you will do Build and support vendor & customer integrations (APIs, EDI, flat files) Develop worker services and data pipelines to move and transform data across systems Help migrate legacy integrations away from Microsoft BizTalk Server to modern solutions Design and build internal & customer‑facing web applications Contribute to Azure migration and microservices architecture Support M&A onboarding (system + data integration) Contribute to data warehouse and KPI dashboards (Snowflake, Microsoft Power BI) What You’ll Bring 3-4 years Bachelor’s degree in a related field Strong experience with C# / .NET and SQL Server Experience building APIs and system integrations Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure Solid understanding of integration patterns, EDI, and data pipelines Exposure to React or Angular is a plus Ability to work across systems and own solutions end‑to‑end Skills & Competencies Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, management, and project teams. Ability to work independently in an agile fashion. Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.
