Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Ahmedabad.

The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and other relevant channels. The role includes managing the social media calendar, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency in messaging and visual identity. The Social Media Manager will monitor performance metrics, optimize posts for reach and engagement, and provide regular reports and insights to the marketing and leadership teams.

Day-to-day responsibilities also involve community management, responding to comments and messages, collaborating with designers and content creators, and staying current with trends in fintech and B2B SaaS to inform content and campaign ideas. Qualifications Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience growing and engaging audiences across multiple platforms. Strong skills in SEO and AEO Ability to develop and execute a clear Content Strategy aligned with brand and business goals.

Excellent Writing and Communication skills for creating concise, compelling, and on-brand copy. Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns. Familiarity with B2B marketing, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or financial services.

Basic understanding of visual content best practices and collaboration with design teams. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
