Social Media Manager

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager at KALISTA!

Are you passionate about fashion, storytelling and creating content that makes people stop scrolling? We’re looking for a creative, organised and hands-on Social Media Manager to grow our digital presence and bring KALISTA’s collections to life.

Location: Noida

Experience: 3+ years, preferably with a fashion, lifestyle or luxury brand

What you’ll do:

• Own our social media strategy and content calendar, with a strong focus on Instagram.
• Plan and execute engaging reels, stories, posts and collection-launch campaigns.
• Write compelling captions and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
• Collaborate with our design team, photographers and creators on shoots, styling and behind-the-scenes content.
• Manage day-to-day publishing and community engagement, coordinating customer enquiries with our sales team.
• Identify relevant influencers and manage collaborations, deliverables and performance tracking.
• Track reach, engagement, follower growth and website traffic, using insights to improve content.
• Work with our performance marketing team to align organic content with paid campaigns.

Who we’re looking for:

• A strong aesthetic sense and an understanding of fashion and brand storytelling.
• Excellent copywriting, communication and organisational skills.
• Hands-on experience creating short-form videos and using tools such as Canva and video-editing apps.
• Confidence with Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite and social media reporting.
• A portfolio showing content you’ve created, accounts you’ve managed and measurable results.
