Location Mumbai Experience 1โ3 years Employment Type Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of how content performs across different platforms. This role requires someone who is plugged into current trends, understands audience engagement, can identify viral content opportunities, and is comfortable creating and managing content calendars across multiple social media channels.
Key Responsibilities Manage and grow the brand's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms. Plan, schedule, and publish content in line with the marketing strategy. Create engaging social media content including posts, captions, stories, reels, and short-form videos.
Monitor social media trends, viral content formats, and platform updates to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams, designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies to develop content. Track engagement metrics, audience growth, and campaign performance.
Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner. Support marketing campaigns through organic social media initiatives. Generate ideas for content series, campaigns, and audience engagement activities.
Prepare monthly performance reports and recommendations. Requirements 1โ3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a related role. Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
Basic understanding of content marketing, branding, audience engagement, and social media analytics. Ability to identify trends and translate them into relevant content opportunities. Good copywriting and communication skills.
Familiarity with content scheduling and analytics tools. Basic photo/video editing skills are a plus. Creative mindset with attention to detail and execution.
Preferred Skills Understanding of social media algorithms and platform best practices. Experience managing influencer collaborations and online communities. Knowledge of paid social media campaigns is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Work Schedule This role requires working on Saturdays. Weekly off will be on Sundays and one additional weekday (to be decided in consultation with the reporting manager).
Flexibility to support occasional events, launches, or campaigns outside regular working hours when required.
