Social Media Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role that involves massive travel across the country every week. The role involves working from our Lonavala property (Della Resorts and Adventure) 3 days a week out of 6 working days. Apply only if you are an immediate joiner!!

Qualifications

• Strong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.
• Ability to develop and implement effective content strategy tailored to luxury products and design-focused audiences.
• Excellent written communication and writing skills, with an eye for detail, tone, and visual storytelling.
• Experience using social media analytics tools, scheduling platforms, and basic reporting to track performance and ROI.
• Prior experience in luxury, real estate, celebrity social media handles, interiors, lifestyle, or design-focused brands is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred.
• Strong collaboration skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proactive mindset, creativity, and willingness to experiment with new formats and platform features.
