Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Design and configure AI agents for real-world business use cases.
- Develop effective prompts, instructions, personas, and conversation flows.
- Integrate agents with APIs, tools, connectors, CRM, banking, ticketing, messaging, and knowledge systems.
- Identify and handle edge cases, failures, ambiguity, and recovery scenarios.
- Build and execute evaluation and regression test scenarios to improve agent quality.
- Iterate agent behaviour based on real-world usage, feedback, and performance.
- Work on Conversational Agents or Work Agents.
- Support rapid POC development and customer-facing solution delivery.
Must-Have Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on LLM / Generative AI / Software Engineering experience
- Strong Prompt Engineering & Instruction Design experience
- Experience building AI Agents / Agentic AI / Conversational AI
- Understanding of tool calling, API integration, and workflows
- Experience with LLM evaluation, testing, and edge-case handling
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work on production-oriented AI solutions
Good to Have
- Experience with multilingual or conversational AI
- Experience with Indian languages / code-switching
- Experience with workflow automation and scheduled AI tasks
- Experience with RAG, LangChain, LangGraph or similar agent frameworks
- Customer-facing POC or solution delivery experience
