Social Media Manager

Brick Circle is a rapidly growing real estate exhibition and networking platform connecting developers, channel partners, and real estate professionals across India through high-impact expos, branding, and marketing initiatives. Position: Social Media Manager Location: Remote CTC: Up to 12 LPA Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms Plan and execute social media strategies focused on brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation Create and manage content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and events Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams for content execution Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities Handle campaign coordination and performance tracking Write engaging captions, campaign ideas, and promotional content Analyze insights, engagement, and campaign performance to optimize results Manage community engagement and audience interactions professionally Support branding and promotional activities for expos and business events Requirements: 3-6 years of experience in Social Media Management Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing Experience in content planning, audience engagement, and brand building Knowledge of Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and analytics tools Excellent communication and creative thinking skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently Preferred: Experience in Real Estate, Events, Exhibitions, or Digital Marketing industry Understanding of lead generation and performance marketing campaigns Strong branding and storytelling abilities Ability to work independently in a remote setup
