The Role We are seeking a strategic and highly collaborative Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to own the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for our core product offerings. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing. You will be the voice of the customer, the master of the competitive landscape, and the driving force behind successful product launches.

What You Will Do Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Plan and execute cross-functional product launches, ensuring all teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Support) are aligned and equipped to bring new features to market successfully. Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear, compelling value propositions that differentiate Solento Products in the market.
Translate complex product capabilities into clear benefits that resonate with our target audience. Sales Enablement: Arm the sales and customer success teams with the tools they need to win. Create high-impact collateral, including pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, one-pagers, and product demos.
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Keep a pulse on the industry. Conduct deep-dive market research, track competitor moves, and gather customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and influence the product roadmap. Content & Demand Generation: Partner with the broader marketing team to drive content campaigns, webinars, blog posts, and website copy that drive demand, user acquisition, and product adoption.
Performance Tracking: Define and track key PMM metrics (e.g., launch adoption, win rates, marketing-influenced revenue) to measure success and continuously optimize our approach. What We Are Looking For Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing, or Product Management, preferably within the tech or digital products space. Customer Obsession: A deep empathy for the user and a proven ability to conduct research to uncover pain points and buying motivations.
Exceptional Communicator: Stellar written and verbal communication skills. You know how to write copy that converts and can present confidently to internal stakeholders and external clients. Analytical Mindset: Comfortable diving into data (using tools like Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, or product analytics) to evaluate campaign performance.
Cross-Functional Leader: Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams without direct authority. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus but not required).
