Social Media Lead
The Resource Marketplace for AI Apps
Job Description
About AIsa
AIsa is building the resource and payment network for AI agents.
As AI agents move from chatbots to long-running systems that perform real work, they increasingly need access to external resources — premium data, APIs, AI models, SaaS tools, compute, and other services — at runtime.
AIsa gives agents and developers one integration to discover, access, use, and pay for these resources programmatically.
Backed by Alibaba, Tribe Capital, Draper Associates, Sumitomo Corporation, and other leading investors, AIsa works with premium technology and data providers to make their services agent-ready.
We are building infrastructure for a world where software increasingly acts, purchases, and transacts on behalf of people and businesses.
We are looking for a Social Media Lead to help define how that story is told — and make AIsa one of the most recognizable voices in the emerging AI agent ecosystem.
The Social Media Lead will own AIsa’s social presence and help build the company into a category-defining brand around AI agents, agent infrastructure, paid data and tools, and agent-native commerce.
This is not a traditional corporate social media role.
You will work directly with the founders and closely with product, partnerships, developer relations, growth, and communications to turn what is happening inside AIsa — product launches, customer behavior, partnerships, industry observations, technical insights, and founder thinking — into content that people actually want to read, share, discuss, and remember.
You will be responsible for both:
- Turning existing ideas and company activity into great social content
and
- Creating social-native ideas, conversations, formats, and campaigns from scratch.
The role will initially focus heavily on X and LinkedIn, while expanding AIsa’s presence across Reddit, YouTube, short-form video, developer communities, and other channels where AI builders and operators spend their time.
You will also help develop the social presence of AIsa’s founders and senior team, creating a coordinated but authentic network of voices around the company.
Own the strategy for how AIsa shows up across X, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Define:
- Who we want to reach
- What conversations we want to own
- What AIsa should be known for
- Which content formats work for each audience
- How company, founder, product, and community accounts work together
Translate this strategy into an operating system: editorial calendar, publishing cadence, content pipeline, campaigns, experiments, and measurement.
But this is not a role where success means keeping a calendar full.
The goal is to build attention, credibility, community, and category leadership.
Help develop a social voice that is technical enough for builders, commercially sharp enough for founders and operators, and accessible enough for a broader technology audience.
AIsa should never sound like generic enterprise software marketing.
Our content should be able to move naturally between:
- Sharp observations about AI agents
- Technical product insights
- Founder opinions
- Industry commentary
- Product demonstrations
- Customer use cases
- Data and charts
- Memes and internet-native formats
- Partnership announcements
- Longer-form thought leadership
You should know when something deserves a serious technical explanation — and when the same idea would perform better as one sentence, one screenshot, or one meme.
AIsa is operating in a fast-moving ecosystem with constant product, customer, and partnership activity.
You will identify the stories hidden inside the company and turn them into compelling content.
Examples might include:
- A new premium data provider becoming available to AI agents
- How an agent autonomously uses Similarweb or other external APIs
- What millions of agent resource calls teach us about machine behavior
- New patterns we observe in long-running agents
- Product launches and integrations
- Developer use cases
- Customer stories
- Founder insights
- Industry events and conferences
- Major ecosystem shifts in AI agents
- Research and proprietary data from the AIsa network
You should constantly be asking:
“What is happening inside AIsa right now that the rest of the internet would find interesting?”
Do not wait for someone to hand you a blog post.
Develop content specifically for social media, including:
- Short posts
- Threads
- Charts
- Screenshots
- Product demos
- Videos
- Clips
- Founder commentary
- Interviews
- Memes
- Community questions
- Data-driven posts
- Recurring content formats
- Launch campaigns
- Event coverage
You should be comfortable creating content yourself and coordinating with designers, video editors, engineers, and other team members when production support is needed.
AI moves extremely fast.
You should be deeply plugged into conversations around:
- AI agents
- Agent infrastructure
- Agentic workflows
- MCP and tools
- Data infrastructure
- API platforms
- Enterprise AI
- Agent payments and commerce
- Developer tools
- AI startups
You should understand what people are talking about today, not what was important six months ago.
Identify important conversations early and determine when AIsa should:
- Comment
- Reply
- Explain
- Challenge
- Amplify
- Publish original analysis
- Stay out of the conversation
Great social media is participation, not broadcasting.
Develop relationships with the people shaping the AI agent ecosystem:
- AI founders
- Agent builders
- Developers
- Researchers
- Investors
- Developer advocates
- Open-source maintainers
- AI creators
- Technology journalists
- Industry analysts
Engage thoughtfully with their work and help make AIsa a respected participant in the community rather than simply another company account promoting itself.
Work closely with AIsa’s founders to translate their observations, opinions, conversations, and experiences into compelling social content.
This may include:
- Founder posts
- Industry commentary
- Product insights
- Long-form posts
- Conference observations
- Interviews
- Podcasts
- Contrarian theses
- Company-building lessons
You should be able to listen to a 20-minute founder conversation and identify the two sentences that could become a great post.
The goal is not ghostwriting a manufactured personality.
It is helping authentic ideas travel further.
Work with product, partnerships, communications, and growth to build social campaigns around major launches.
A launch should rarely be one announcement post.
You should think about the full narrative:
Before launch → launch → explanation → demonstration → customer use case → ecosystem conversation → follow-up content.
You will help turn product launches into moments.
Treat social media as an iterative growth system.
Track more than follower counts.
Understand:
- Reach
- Engagement quality
- Audience composition
- Share rate
- Content retention
- Profile conversion
- Website traffic
- Developer signups
- Product activation
- Community growth
- Which narratives consistently resonate
Develop hypotheses, run experiments, analyze results, and feed those learnings back into the content strategy.
You should be equally comfortable using data and editorial judgment.
You are probably a strong fit if you:
- Have owned social media or audience growth for a high-growth technology company, founder, media brand, or developer-focused product
- Can show examples of content you personally created that generated meaningful reach, engagement, or community discussion
- Are an exceptional writer with strong editorial judgment
- Understand how writing for X is different from LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, or a company blog
- Have strong instincts for internet culture and know why some content spreads while other content feels corporate
- Can explain complicated technology in simple, interesting language
- Follow AI developments obsessively and have genuine curiosity about where agents are going
- Are comfortable working directly with founders
- Can move quickly without requiring layers of approvals
- Are comfortable simultaneously being strategist, writer, editor, operator, and community participant
- Have strong visual instincts, even if you are not a professional designer
- Understand analytics and can use data to improve creative decisions
- Can manage multiple launches, conversations, and content streams simultaneously
- Have low ego and enjoy collaborating with technical and non-technical teams
You do not need to check every box, but we would be especially interested if you have experience with one or more of the following:
- AI developer tools
- AI agents
- Developer communities
- API or data products
- Enterprise software
- Open-source projects
- Technical content
- Founder-led brands
- Technology media
- Product launches
- Short-form video
- Community-led growth
- Reddit or developer forums
- Running high-growth X accounts
- Building an audience from an early stage
Within your first year, success means AIsa has become one of the accounts people consistently encounter when they follow the evolution of AI agents.
People should increasingly associate AIsa with questions such as:
How do agents access external resources?
How do agents discover and choose APIs and data?
How should companies control what their agents can purchase and use?
How will autonomous agents transact with the internet?
What infrastructure does the agent economy require?
And when major developments happen in this space, AIsa should increasingly be part of the conversation.
We care about audience growth.
But more importantly, we care about building category recognition, credibility, and influence.
AIsa is an early-stage company operating in one of the fastest-moving areas of technology.
That means:
- We move fast
- We ship frequently
- We experiment
- We debate ideas openly
- We expect people to take ownership
We are looking for someone who wants to build the media engine of an emerging technology category, not simply manage another corporate social account.
