Overview We are looking for an IT Business Analyst/SME specialized in Openlink Endur to support implementation and enhancement initiatives within an energy trading environment.
This role requires strong expertise across physical and financial commodities, with a critical focus on NGLs (Natural Gas Liquids) and the ability to work end-to-end within Endur. Key Responsibilities Lead and support Endur implementation and upgrade projects Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications Configure and support Endur modules across the full trade lifecycle Manage end-to-end setup for NGLs, including: Deal modeling Scheduling / logistics Valuation Settlements Work closely with traders, schedulers, risk, and operations teams Participate in design workshops and solution architecture discussions Support testing, UAT, and production rollout Troubleshoot and resolve functional and system issues Required Skills & Experience 5+y of experience with Openlink Endur (implementation, configuration, upgrades) Proven expertise in energy trading, including: Natural Gas Crude Oil NGLs (mandatory and critical) Financial products Hands-on experience managing trade lifecycle processes (Front-to-Back) Ability to handle end-to-end NGL setup in Endur (deal modeling to settlements) Strong functional and technical understanding of trading systems Experience interacting with business stakeholders and IT teams Nice to Have Experience with OpenJVS, SQL, or integrations Exposure to logistics and physical operations for NGLs Previous experience in energy trading environments in Houston
