Job Title - Smartcomm Developer Experience - 5 - 12 years Key Skills - Smartcomm Location - Greater Noida, Hyderabad & Pune Mode: Hybrid Note: We are only looking for immediate joiners We at Coforge are hiring for SmartCOMM Developer to design, develop, and support customer communication templates and solutions using the Smart Communications (SmartCOMM) platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in document composition, template development, and integration with enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain SmartCOMM templates for customer communications (letters, emails, SMS, PDFs).

Configure and implement data mapping, business rules, and document workflows within SmartCOMM. Collaborate with business stakeholders, BA/PO, and design teams to understand communication requirements. Integrate SmartCOMM with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., CRM, policy admin, billing systems).

Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of templates and workflows. Ensure output quality, accuracy, and compliance with branding and regulatory standards. Optimize templates for performance, reusability, and scalability.

Support deployment, release management, and production issues. Create and maintain technical documentation. Required Skills: Strong experience with Smart Communications / SmartCOMM (Thunderhead) platform.

Hands-on experience in: Template design & document composition SmartCOMM Designer / Dialogue / Advance Data mapping and scripting Knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, HTML, CSS. Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for integrations. Experience working with databases (SQL).

Familiarity with version control tools (Git, SVN). Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
