We are seeking a passionate Software Engineer Operations / DevOps Engineer to join our engineering and operations team to help build and maintain highly scalable, secure, and reliable platforms supporting enterprise applications and cloud-native environments.

The candidate will work closely with Software Engineering, QA, Security, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to design, automate, and optimize deployment pipelines, cloud infrastructure, observability platforms, and release processes. The candidate should be capable of collaborating extensively with cross-functional engineering teams, troubleshooting infrastructure and application issues, automating operational tasks, and supporting production environments. Candidate will work across multiple products and engineering teams to deliver incremental value through automation, infrastructure modernization, CI/CD enablement, and operational excellence initiatives.

Perform research, analysis, design, creation, and implementation of infrastructure and deployment solutions to meet current and future business requirements. Help develop proof-of-concept implementations to evaluate modern DevOps and cloud-native technologies that drive operational efficiency and scalability. Candidate must possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership across departments.

Job Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Identifies opportunities to enhance deployment automation, infrastructure reliability, and operational processes. Contributes to platform engineering, DevOps transformation, and operational excellence initiatives. Provides technical guidance and troubleshooting support for complex infrastructure and deployment issues.

Delivering Technology: Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, Harness, and DevCon tools. Automate application build, deployment, rollback, and release processes. Manage production releases, change requests, deployment approvals, and operational governance.

Build and manage Docker images and containerized workloads. Deploy and manage microservices using Kubernetes, Helm charts, StatefulSets, Deployments, and Services. Provision and manage infrastructure on AWS cloud platforms.

Work with AWS services including EC2, ECS, EKS, VPC, Route53, ELB, CloudWatch, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, RDS, SNS, and CloudTrail. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation Develop automation solutions using Python and Shell scripting. Create and maintain Ansible playbooks for provisioning and configuration management.

Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, ELK Stack, and CloudWatch. Implement DevSecOps practices using Trivy, SonarQube, and security governance processes. Manage SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle including CSR generation, deployment, renewal, and compliance.

Collaborate with Development, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams for deployment and production support activities. Troubleshoot infrastructure, Kubernetes, application, and deployment issues in production environments. IT Governance: Follows all defined IT standards, DevOps governance processes, and operational compliance requirements.

Maintains a proper balance between business continuity, operational reliability, and security risk. Follows release management, incident management, and deployment governance standards. Ensures infrastructure and deployment activities comply with enterprise operational standards.

Skill and Experience: 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Operations Engineering, and Automation. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI, Harness, and DevCon. Strong experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native deployments.

Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration. Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation. Strong scripting and automation experience using Python and Shell scripting.

Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible. Working knowledge of monitoring and observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, ELK Stack, and CloudWatch. Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and security automation.

Knowledge of artifact management repositories including Nexus and JFrog Artifactory. Working experience with Kafka, Zookeeper, and distributed systems. Experience working in Agile and production support environments.

Capable of performing requirement analysis, solution design, infrastructure planning, and deployment automation. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Must be results-oriented with demonstrated technology leadership in infrastructure automation and operational excellence.

Exposure to enterprise production support, release governance, and deployment management. Education and Certifications: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certification. Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) Preferred.

AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate Preferred. Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE/RHCSA) Preferred.
