Our **RNs**are a trusted and valued member of the **Transforming Age**team, providing the care and compassion our residents’ needs. They will support our Director of Nursing with assessments, admissions, fill in with community support, and be a trusted advocate for our incredible residents and team! **Our Registered Nurses:*** Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to our wonderful residents.* Support the **DON (**Director of Nursing) with assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned.* Work with a team of professionals to ensure the residents comprehensive needs are met.* Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs* Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted* Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete* Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of **Transforming Age**, our **Culture of Excellence,**in all areas of responsibility.* Perform other duties as assigned.**What you need to succeed!*** Be a graduate of an accredited RN program* Have an active RN license in the state, in good standing* Experience in Assisted Living or Long-term Care (2 years or more) preferred.* Have flexibility, able to work the occasional weekend/holiday as needed.* Provide leadership and supervision to nursing team members* Have knowledge of DHS Regulations* Possess superb interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaboratively with team members and external constituents**Physical Requirements:*** On occasion, may need to push/pull/support up to 75lbs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
