Freelance Site Manager – Solar PV | Colgone, Germany | 9-Month Contract

We're seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to support the construction of a utility-scale Solar PV project in Germany on an initial 9-month contract.

\n

Key Requirements:

\n

\n
• Proven Site Management experience on large-scale Solar PV, renewable energy, or power projects
\n
• Strong Electrical and Mechanical Engineering background
\n
• Experience managing subcontractors, site activities, HSE, quality, and project schedules
\n
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
\n
• Ability to work on-site in Germany
\n

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Oversee daily construction activities
\n
• Coordinate electrical and mechanical installation works
\n
• Manage contractors and site teams
\n
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards
\n
• Report progress and resolve site issues
\n
• Support commissioning and project handover
\n

Germany (site-based)

Initial 9-month contract, with potential extension
