Role: Site Manager
Location: Enniskillen
Sector: New Build
Project Duration: 18 months from start of October 2026
Position Duration: Permanent
Your new role as Site Manager
- Oversee on-site works to ensure on-time project delivery
- On-site team management
- Ensure projects are properly resourced
- Coordinate on-site labour
- Approve works by engineers and subcontractors
- Work closely with Project Director and Contracts Manager to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled
What you'll need to be successful
- Previous Site Management experience
- New Build experience is essential
- Health & Safety trained
- Strong people management skills
- Trade background is desirable
