Contact us at: [email protected] Role Description At Zepspace, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee the day-to-day execution of commercial interior fit-out and turnkey projects. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth site operations, coordinating with vendors, contractors, clients, and internal teams, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
Working closely with our design and project management teams, you will ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, budgets, and timelines, delivering exceptional finishes and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Site Execution: Supervise civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, ceiling, painting, signage, and furnishing works. Project Monitoring: Track daily progress, manage timelines, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Quality Control: Conduct site inspections and ensure high-quality workmanship and finishes. Vendor Coordination: Manage subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams for smooth project execution. Material Management: Plan material requirements, monitor deliveries, and minimize wastage.
Drawing Interpretation: Review architectural, interior, MEP, and shop drawings for accurate execution. Turnkey Project Delivery: Support end-to-end execution of commercial interior and fit-out projects. Client Coordination: Provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe working environment. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain site records, measurements, DPRs, quality reports, and project documentation. Education & Qualifications Diploma / B.E. / B.
Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field. 5+ years of experience in commercial interior fit-out, turnkey, retail, office, hospitality, restaurant, or similar projects. Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, site measurements, material management, and finishing standards. Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills. Experience coordinating multiple vendors, subcontractors, and site teams. Willingness to travel across project sites as required.
