You will be expected to oversee andcoordinate the department or an area within the department, providing support,leadership and clinical expertise to other members of the team whilst followingthe appropriate escalation.To maintain and uphold standards of care in accordance with the NMC CodeofConduct, and to provide specialised programmes of nursing care to a diverserange of patients in UECC.Act as an advocate for patients, relatives and other staff members.
