There will be a number of permanent part time Band 6Sister/Charge Nurse positions, alongside multiple fixed term contracts.We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated staff who are passionate aboutdelivering high quality emergency care in a fast paced environment, withrelevant experience and exposure to accident and emergency setting. You will be expected to oversee andcoordinate the department or an area within the department, providing support,leadership and clinical expertise to other members of the team whilst followingthe appropriate escalation.To maintain and uphold standards of care in accordance with the NMC CodeofConduct, and to provide specialised programmes of nursing care to a diverserange of patients in UECC.Act as an advocate for patients, relatives and other staff members.
