The Role\n

We are looking for a passionate, customer focused and performance driven Shop Manager to lead our dynamic team and ensure the smooth and successful daily operation of our shop. As a Shop manager you will be the driving force for the team, delivering outstanding customer service and a warm welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities\n

• Oversee the daily operations ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
\n
• Delivering the best service and customer standards, extending that personal touch from instore to online
\n
• Assess, mentor and develop the team to meet performance expectations and to reach their full potential
\n
• Promote offers and products to maximise revenue opportunities
\n

• Previous Management experience, ideally within the betting industry
\n
• A passion for engaging with customers and delivering an exceptional experience
\n
• Detail Orientated - ensuring compliance and consistency across all tasks and processes
\n
• Relationship builder - listens actively whilst being skilled in managing team dynamics and diverse personalities
