Job Description
ServiceNow Lead (8+Years)
Mohali (1-2 months work from Mohali and then REMOTE)
1 CMDB/ITOM/Mid-server
Add to key Responsibilities - ITOM & CMDB Focus
Support and enhance ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB capabilities, including Discovery and Service Mapping
Assist with CMDB data modeling, CI classes, relationships, and standards aligned to CSDM
Troubleshoot discovery issues, identification and reconciliation conflicts, and data quality concerns
Configure and support MID Servers and ITOM data sources
Assist with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Add to Qualifications – ITOM & CMDB Focus
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB.
Deep understanding of:
CI classes and relationships
Identification & reconciliation rules
Discovery schedules and patterns
CSDM concepts (Foundation, Design, Manage technical services)
Experience supporting enterprise-scale CMDB implementations.
