ServiceNow Developer Experience: 8-10 years Relvent: 7 years Location: Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai & Pune Must‑Have Skills Hands-on experience configuring Now Assist / GenAI for ITSM (enablement + operationalization, not just awareness). Strong ServiceNow development/configuration capability for enterprise workflows and automation delivery Practical experience with automation/orchestration and ticket-driven execution patterns with auditability Working experience with Virtual Agent (design/enhance topics, adoption improvements); Teams integration exposure preferred ITIL/ITSM understanding in a ServiceNow-driven operating model (Service Desk interaction model, catalog, knowledge). Experience & Certifications 5–8+ years in ServiceNow development (enterprise environment preferred Preferred: CSA / CAD; CIS‑ITSM, ITOM as advantage
