Job Description – ServiceNow Developer (GDT & Playbook) Experience: 6 – 8 Years Location: Remote Role Overview We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Guided Decision Trees (GDT), Playbook, UI Builder, and Flow Designer. The candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, and TSM modules with a focus on Telecom domain processes. Mandatory Skills ServiceNow Technical Skills Guided Decision Trees (GDT) Playbook UI Builder Flow Designer JavaScript ITSM, CSM, TSM ServiceNow Integrations and APIs Key Responsibilities Development & Configuration Implement technical designs into scalable ServiceNow code and configurations.

Develop and customize solutions using Guided Decision Trees, Playbook, UI Builder, and Flow Designer. Configure and support ITSM, CSM, and TSM modules. Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

Testing & Support Perform unit testing, code reviews, and debugging activities. Provide L3 support, defect triage, and root cause analysis for production issues. Coordinate with testing and DevOps teams for issue resolution and deployment activities.

Technical & Functional Expertise Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for technical validation and feasibility analysis. Design efficient database structures and entity relationships. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.

Domain Knowledge Good understanding of Telecom domain, especially Broadband and Cloud-based offerings. Knowledge of Service Assurance, Customer Service Management, and Diagnostics processes. Understanding of Service Inventory and third-party integrations.

Communication & Collaboration Conduct code walkthroughs and technical discussions with reviewers and stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams. Provide clear technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
