About NYD Systems — Workflow Solutions NYD Systems delivers workflow automation for Australian clients using ServiceNow. We build and optimise ITSM programs and expand into adjacent modules as client needs evolve. Role purpose Build and enhance ServiceNow solutions with clean, upgrade-safe patterns, strong testing discipline, and production-ready documentation. Priority specialist skills — what we're especially looking for We have growing demand for ServiceNow GRC and resilience work with regulated Australian clients, and we're particularly keen to hear from people with hands-on experience in one or more of: GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) : Policy & Compliance Management, control libraries and attestations, authority documents and citations, automated control testing, and issue/remediation workflows. Risk Management / IRM: risk register and risk frameworks, risk assessments and scoring, key risk indicators (KRIs), advanced/continuous monitoring, and third-party/vendor risk. BCM (Business Continuity Management) : business impact analysis (BIA), continuity and recovery plans, dependency mapping, crisis management, and plan exercises/testing. Operational Resilience: mapping important business services, setting and monitoring impact tolerances, scenario testing, and aligning to regulatory expectations (e.g. APRA CPS 230 for Australian financial-services clients). What you’ll work on ITSM core plus (depending on client): CSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, ITOM and platform features (IntegrationHub, CMDB patterns, portals/catalog). Key responsibilities Configure and develop ServiceNow features: tables, forms, catalog items, flows, business rules, ACLs, UI policies, scripts Deliver automation using Flow Designer and scripting where required Build and maintain integrations (REST/SOAP; MID Server patterns where relevant) Use ServiceNow DevOps and support automated release pipelines (branching, deployment discipline, release notes) Contribute to ATF coverage for critical journeys and regression packs Troubleshoot incidents and defects with root-cause analysis and clean fixes Produce build notes, technical documentation, and handover artefacts suitable for regulated clients Experience & capability Junior: ~1–3 years ServiceNow delivery exposure Mid: ~3–6 years solid build ownership Senior: ~6+ years with complex workflows/integrations and strong platform judgement Strong JavaScript fundamentals and ServiceNow best-practice mindset Comfortable working with an AU client team and providing structured progress updates Compliance expectations (regulated clients) Willing to complete background checks Works comfortably with secure SDLC practices, access controls, auditability, and evidence capture aligned to ISO/SOC-style controls Certifications Nice to have: CSA , CIS/CAD module certs.
