Job Description – OnBase Developer Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad Experience: 5 to 7 Years (Immediate Joiners) Secondary Skills Windows SQL Database Server C Detailed Job Description We are looking for an experienced OnBase Developer with strong expertise in Hyland OnBase solutions and Electronic Document Management systems. The candidate should be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand and implement business requirements. Develop, configure, and support OnBase solutions including Workflow, Unity Forms, Integration, Keyword Autofill, Unity Scheduler, and Reporting. Manage documentation platforms such as OnBase, Kofax, and SharePoint.

Perform OnBase Administration, Scanner Configuration, and Workflow management. Design and maintain SQL Server databases, T-SQL stored procedures, and views. Ensure smooth functioning of Electronic Document Management systems.

Participate in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements. Maintain high attention to detail and deliver quality solutions within timelines. Work in UK Shift timings.

Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of hands-on experience in OnBase Development and Administration. Strong experience with: OnBase Workflow Unity Forms Integration Keyword Autofill Unity Scheduler Reporting Experience with documentation management tools such as OnBase, Kofax, and SharePoint. Extensive experience in Windows SQL Database Server.

Strong knowledge of SQL Server database design, T-SQL stored procedures, and views. Experience in Electronic Document Management systems. OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator certification is preferred.
